I offer a fluid focused style of bodywork incorporating over 20 years of advanced studies.  We will work together to support and encourage your body to find the balance it needs to heal and thrive.  You and your body will set the pace, pressure and techniques used each session. ​ We will also discuss self care and adjustments you can make to your activities of daily living the can help your healing and prolong the benefits of the treatments.
